The Adopt a Geek Fund is a very special way you can help nerds, geeks and freaks in need. You see, as unbelievable as it sounds, there are some unfortunate folks out there who can't even afford to buy dice, an "Are You a Werewolf" set of cards, let alone registration and hotel rooms at Con Nooga! As fellow geeks/freaks we owe it to ourselves, and to the world, to help our less fortunate Geeks and Freaks. Therefore the Adopt-A-Geek Fund has been born! All money donated to the fund goes to help pay the registration, travel, and hotel room costs of geeks and freaks alike in need.
Con on the Cob has been able to provide hotel rooms, gas money, and/or registration badges to over a dozen new friends with the continued support, at their convention!

We understand how "Hard Times" happen and we want to embrace all Fans. The Adopt-A-Geek fund is a program by Con on the Cob and has been adopted by Con Nooga. It is not a registered charity, just a way of spreading the love and fun to all fans!
